Overview
Communicates with and assists bartenders to maintain service efficiency. Assures that the bar and bar storage areas are organized, stocked, clean and efficient.
ResponsibilitiesMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area including lounge sectionRefills soy bottles and stock dining set ups prior, during and after shiftRefills soda, ice teas, and waters upon the request of the customer or bartenderRemoves dirty dishes, silverware and any debris between courses and after a customer leaves. Returns dirty dishes, silverware, trash and glassware carefully to dishwashing and/or bar areaWashes required glassware and bar tools, restocking them in correct areas of barStock and organize bar area and liquor storage/walk in areaChecks restrooms on a routine schedule to maintain cleanliness. Reports any restroom problems to management immediatelyLeaves lounge area/bar in a clean and reset condition and should be spotless as confirmed by a manager prior to clocking outRemoves trash and breaks down boxes for the bar and restaurantFollows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by the RA Employee HandbookQualifications
Outgoing person acting as an ambassador of company values, mission, image to the public at all times
Ability to take direction from Bartenders and Managers
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision during high volume periods
Ability to organize both the bar and organize time to accomplish tasks
Ability to prioritize needs of the bar area
Ability to multi task and show flexibility during high volume periods
Education/Qualifications
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
High School Diploma or GED Completed or in progress preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
