Promptly answers and screens calls, with appropriate escalation as needed. Facilitates communication between team members, staff in the field, referral sources, vendors, physicians, facility staff and family members. Accurately communicates to family members appropriate expectations so the caller understands what to expect with respect to their concern or problem. Appropriately seeks guidance and direction from the triage RN or supervisors as needed in execution of clerical tasks. Documents all calls clearly and concisely including the reason for the call and all actions taken. Performs updates in the system to make sure patient information is current. This includes processing ADTs, inserting new patient referrals, checking for volunteers, ordering DME and others. Facilitates communication with the team or next shift.
Requirements
Call center experience required. Great communication skills. Typing skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
