Engineering Purchasing Production Coordinator
Full Time, Temp to Perm Position

Reporting to the Engineering Purchasing Manager, the Production Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
Create and maintain the project binder
MAS Administration
Bill of Materials (BOM) & blanket sales order entry
Confirm pricing in the system matches the proposal
Create & track P.O.'s
Transfer inventories
Verify inventory in the system with what is in the warehouse
Generate reports
Assist the Accounting department in reconciling open invoices
Requires 2 Years Production Coordination experience and ERP experience (MAS preferred)
PRODUCTION SUPPORT:
Estimating
Separate drawings by material/production process to help the project manager prepare vendor quote requests
Assist PM in obtaining vendor quotes & information for estimates
Prototypes: Coordinate the delivery of parts for prototype set-up as directed by the PM
Request production material & finish samples from vendors Assist the PM in the set-up & review of prototypes
Meeting recap emailed to participants & posted to SOW System
Production - Release purchase orders along with engineering drawings to vendors
Track & confirm delivery of parts to assembly vendor
Confirm quantities received with assembly vendor prior to line set-up
Meeting recap emailed to participants & posted to SOW System
Provide front desk/receptionist back up when needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
