We seek a self-motivated professional Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for selling guestrooms, meeting rooms and additional services to companies or groups requiring over night accommodations per night. Duties may also include selling food & beverage services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, soliciting and generating new and repeat business. This position requires a great deal of travel within the community therefore a valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities also include working with operations staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience required, preferably in a hotel capacity
College degree in hotel management preferred
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant customer service role preferred
Strong organization and presentation skills
Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter
Weekends and holidays may be required as business needs warrantEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
