This position is responsible for coordinating the intake process for new clients and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of client documentation.
Key responsibilities include receiving referrals, obtaining required documentation, and entering client information into the system with precision.
The role involves conducting eligibility verifications, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and scheduling meetings to meet regulatory deadlines.
Additionally, the position is responsible for obtaining authorizations for service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Assist and support technical staff in their day-to-day activities.
Provide technical support assistance for desktop applications.
Execute technical support functions for client-server systems.
Provide technical support to the team in resolving and troubleshooting technical problems.
Answer and respond to customer calls and emails related to their technical issues.
Document all calls related to technical problems and inquiries in the internal call database.
Provide technical support and assistance in completing projects on time.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and solutions in technology.
Provide technical support and assistance in running application testing.
Ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain and ensure all backups are completed and on time.
Assist and provide support for our custom software (CRM).
Assist customers and staff with hardware and software challenges.
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
Implement security measures and monitor security certificates and company compliance requirements.
Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
Demonstrate professional and customer service-focused behavior at all times, including manner of communication, responsibility, and appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
