Strategic Business Manager - Central Region
Continue your journey as Strategic Business Manager at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will maintain and expand relationships with large customers and be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. Our Sales team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Are You Looking to
- Lead the customer account planning cycle to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.
- Coordinate company executive involvement with customer management.
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Are You Ready to
- Understand the customers' customer or be able to look beyond the initial opportunity by linking thoughts to create bigger solutions than the customer initially knows they need by understanding their customers' needs.
- Provide progressive and results-oriented leadership and processes in the areas of channel management, channel segmentation, and establishment of channel growth programs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as channel partners, sales organization, marketing organization, and division staff.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering, MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years related experience in industrial sales or OEM sales/marketing with focus on business development.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experience with MRP database analysis tools.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
