ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming phone calls and route phone calls to sales repsOrder entry, maintain customer orders and invoice customer ordersProblem resolution including customer pricing and freight discrepanciesIncorrect or lost shipmentsWork with sales reps as customer point person when they are not availableEnter purchase orders with vendorsWork with freight carriers for rates and freight issuesOther general office duties Skills/RequirementsPrevious experience working in customer serviceExperience with order entryExcellent phone and computer skillsAbility to multi taskFamiliarity with ERP softwareBenefitsCompetitive compensation package plus bonus paid twice per year401k with matching up to 4%Health insuranceDisability insurancePaid vacation and holidaysProfessional and friendly work atmosphereSchermerhorn Bros.
