Established Lombard office of DuPage County Law Firm, seeks an extremely dependable and responsible individual to handle our front office duties.
Position requires answering phones, making appointments, greeting clients, and providing necessary paperwork for them to fill out, providing soft drinks and coffee to clients, sending out letters to clients, opening/ closing files, taking payments opening and closing the office and various other tasks to assist attorneys and paralegals.

Individual should have at least one year of office experience, preferably in a law firm.

Knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Outlook, and ability to learn new software quickly, MUST HAVE A FRIENDLY PERSONALITY, AND ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK.
SPANISH speaking a plus, and prior legal experience a plus.
Full time 40 hours a week and ability to occasionally work on Saturday.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
