The SR1 will have full responsibility for the customer throughout the whole process (start to finish), all customer service, and account management.
The SR1 is responsible for all customer experience outcomes.
Training will be provided by their Sales Manager, Field Supervisor and company trainers.
The SR1 is directly involved with Legacy customers.
This position is designed to cater to the needs of our clients, and it is a relationship-based approach.
SR1's typically have the first contact with our customers, the last contact, and almost all of the contact in between.
Everything the SR1 does on a day to day basis has a direct impact on our Legacy customer experience, and there is nothing more important to Legacy than our customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
(other duties may be assigned) Generate new business, inspections, and other sales/marketing activities in their territory (minimum monthly sales quota required to maintain employment) Provide the excellent service to each & every customer Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication and updates with all customers (1-2 times weekly minimum) Explain all details of insurance paperwork and/or estimates to customers Responsible for coordinating all estimates, pricing, work orders, details for repairs, special instructions, material selections, and upgrades for each customer Responsible for quarterbacking all outcomes for customers with all other Legacy teammates (Field Supervisor, PC's, Supplement, Production and Finance) Explain all details of invoice to customers Collect all payments from customer, manage & coordinate all details What is a virtual interview?
